Rather than waiting for a final response and wondering how it was reached, you can now watch the reasoning process unfold: from question analysis and targeted research, through document retrieval, to the final written answer. You can see exactly which documents were retrieved, which queries were run, and how many sources were considered before an answer was composed. Every step is labelled, timestamped with a completion status, and fully collapsible so you stay in control of the interface.

How to select Agentic Chat in Matter AI:
Open Matter AI.
Select your chat method.
Type your query in Matter AI.
The AI will respond using the method you selected.
How to select Agentic Chat in Matter AI for Word:
Open a Prompt from LEAP or Matter AI for Word.
If you ran a prompt, let the prompt complete.
Select your chat method.
Type your query in the Ask me anything box to run follow-up queries on your prompt.
This only affects follow-up chats and does not change how the original prompt runs.
The AI will respond using the method you selected.
