LawY Agent with InfoTrack Integration Release Notes

Release Date: 10 July 2026

InfoTrack Integration in LawY All Agent

The Agent now works directly with InfoTrack (Australia). Ask the All Agent for a title, property, company, individual or vehicle search and it returns official documentation and accurate details in seconds without leaving the conversation. You can check what's already on file for a client, order title and ASIC searches, and download completed documents, with nothing ordered until you confirm and everything billed to your firm's existing InfoTrack account.

Every step appears in a visible reasoning trail showing what was searched, what it cost, and that the result is current; a clear record for compliance and client reporting for bills.

Benefits:

  • Saves time by ending the ‘open-InfoTrack, search, download, carry-back' routine

  • Prevents accidental spend by confirming every order before it’s placed and flagging duplicates

  • Keeps you certain of your sources; every result is timestamped, and if InfoTrack has nothing on file, the Agent says so

What it does for the user:

  • Lists everything InfoTrack holds for a client reference: orders, statuses, and dates with a download PDF link beside each completed InfoTrack search

  • Orders a title search once you’ve confirmed the full property address

  • Orders ASIC company and person searches; person searches require you to confirm the matter and the legal purpose first

  • Tells you in the same conversation when a document is ready to download

How to check what's on file

  • Ask the Agent what InfoTrack has for your client reference.

How to order a Property Title search

  1. Ask the Agent for a title search of a property and provide the address, including the suburb and state.

  2. If more than one match comes back, select the correct option.

  3. The Agent confirms the order ID and notifies you when the document is ready to download.

When searches finish, preview the results and download the documents you need or save them to the matter file in your cloud storage (currently OneDrive/SharePoint, Google Drive, or Dropbox), individually or as a group.
